1. No Refunds for Digital Products

All sales of our digital products and services are final and non-refundable. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Online courses and seminars delivered via platforms like Google Meet.

  • Instructional videos and downloadable content (e.g., links provided after purchase).

  • Coaching sessions.

  • Access to forums, affiliate programs, or any other digital resources.

Due to the nature of digital content, once access is granted, downloaded, or viewed, it cannot be returned. We encourage you to review course descriptions, previews (if available), and requirements carefully before purchasing to ensure they meet your needs.

2. Exceptions

We do not offer refunds under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

  • Change of mind.

  • Technical issues on your end (e.g., device compatibility or internet connectivity).

  • Dissatisfaction with content quality or relevance.

  • Accidental purchases.

However, if you experience a technical issue preventing access to purchased content (e.g., a broken download link), please contact our support team. We will work to resolve the issue by re-providing access, but no monetary refund will be issued.

3. Cancellations and Chargebacks

  • Cancellations: Once a purchase is completed, it cannot be canceled. For recurring subscriptions (if applicable), you may cancel future billing through your account settings, but no refunds will be provided for prior payments.

  • Chargebacks: Attempting a chargeback or dispute through your payment provider may result in immediate suspension of your account and access to all Services. We reserve the right to contest any such disputes.

4. Payment Errors

If you believe there has been a billing error (e.g., duplicate charge), contact us within 7 days of the transaction with details. We will investigate and, if confirmed, issue a credit or correction, but this does not constitute a refund for the product itself.
